Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage R&D team for embedded hardware and software development

- Drive end to end New product development.

- To ensure timely delivery, cost optimization.

- Prepare and review New product release notes

- Ensure compliance with required standards and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate BIS certification activities for new products.

- Support implementation of ISO9001 , ISO14001 & ISO27001 management systems and ensure audit readiness.

- Strong experience in managing R&D team and multiple development projects

- Drive innovation, technology evaluation and continuous product development.
Specific Skills
Product development with atleast 5 years in team lead role.
Educational Requirements
B-Tech or M-Tech in Electronics and communication
