Duties and Responsibilities

- Should be able to lead a team of around 300 work force at the plant. (55 staff appx & 250 workers)

- Will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of more than 20+ injection moulding machines and other accessories like printing machines etc.

- Will have to coordinate closely with sales department for understanding & fulfilling the customer demand on time and in full.

- Will be leading the following departments at the plant

- Moulding & grinding department
-
- Assembly department
-
- Maintenance
-
- HR
-
- Quality control

- Tool Room
Must be able to coordinate with Technical & Development head at the Corporate office for new developments and Tool room operations.
Preside over monthly MIS and reporting meetings at the plant.
Specific Skills
Must have a good communication & interpersonal skills; a team leader; should have the ability to lead an organization with more than 300 work force and should be able to interact with high end customers efficiently.
Educational Requirements
B. Tech –Mechanical Engineering with maximum experience in Plastic Injection moulding machine operations including printing/ assembly operations. We can also consider a CIPET Graduate (Central Institute of Plastic Engineering Technology)
